Polished was an awesome experience. For me the most important lesson I took away was that I AM OKAY!  There were a few things about myself I thought were a negative that Frenita helped me change my perspective and showed me they are really positives.  She helped me to understand the importance of scheduling some time for myself into every day.  Through out the weekend there were many break through moments, one being, understanding why we do things the way we do.  I didn’t realize how much a negative comment or bad situation in the past affects what we do and who we are today.

I loved my Polished experience.  It was great! The whole weekend! I really learned a lot about myself.  I now know I need to focus on deciding what I want to do with my life and future and how to do it. I learned I am a strong and confidant woman capable of making my life whatever I want it to be if I work hard enough, understanding that we have to work on ourselves as well as our business or career.  We really dug into what could be holding us back and it made me think about myself in a different way.  I also really appreciated Frenita's honesty throughout the weekend, even about things I didn’t want to hear.

Frenita is very talented in her communication skills and getting you to think through situations that you are dealing with.  She helped me to gain a different perspective on the way that I handle certain situations in my life and with people.  Not that I was completely unaware, but Frenita made some very valid points that resonated with me to improve my relationships with others. This experience was even more amazing because I shared this experience with my daughter who also attended POLISHED, and I was able to witness the growth she was going through. My daughter left feeling more positive about herself and having more of a sense of the direction she wanted her life to go.  I continue to implement the things that I learned and to take control and handle situations that occur.  The shopping of course is always fun and Frenita is amazing at visualizing what someone should or shouldn’t wear.  She doesn’t just show us, but teaches us how to shop for our body type.  I also learned the dos and don’ts of makeup.  I now feel confident of my choices, which makes me feel more confident in myself.  I loved spending time with Frenita.  Her energy is so contagious.  

“I enjoyed my time with Frenita and the other ladies. Frenita really took me out of my comfort zone and challenged me, which I really enjoyed. I feel that Frenita is a great leader and I felt honored being in the pioneering group and I enjoyed my one on one time with her. I feel truly blessed to be around Frenita and learn things about how I need to dress and take care of myself. I learned what type of clothes I should be looking at to complement my shape, what colors I need to stay away from, and about the right undergarments so that I can look good in my clothes. I learned how to look for makeup to suit my skin type and color and how to apply it. I always wanted to participate in a training like POLISHED, but nothing existed until now. I feel that what I’ve taken from this training has propelled me to a whole new level that I always wanted reach as a woman. Thanks to POLISHED I have an awareness about things I didn’t know and a new attitude!”

“I loved the POLISHED training.  Frenita is very knowledgeable and very good at communicating her ideas. The mindset teaching was valuable, it made us stop and think about how we really view ourselves and how we think others view us, we talked about what we like and don't like about ourselves and how to change our perspective which changes our self-image and self-confidence.  Frenita saw problems and immediately acted on getting us to the solutions.  We began with the basics, got fitted for bras and shape wear, working from the inside out to create a POLISHED look. We all got matched for make up.  She taught us about the small stuff as well as the big stuff, styles and colors.  She covered even the smallest details.  Everything she said she backed up with reasons why.  It truly was an education.”
